Personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
What we collect
Only what you type into the survey request form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, the service you are interested in, a description of the property and scope, and any notes you add.
We do not ask for identity numbers, payment details or any other sensitive category of data through this website.
Why we collect it
To call you back, arrange a site survey and send you a written quote. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not use them for marketing lists.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Form submissions are sent as an email to [email protected]. They are not stored in the website database.
The email stays in our inbox for as long as it is useful to the enquiry or to an ongoing job. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
This website sets one functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you are reading the English, Turkish or Russian version. It contains no personal data.
We do not run advertising, remarketing or profiling trackers on this site. Apart from this language cookie, the only cookies set are the analytics cookies described below. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-F2D6EK9SGX) to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and which language version they use. It tells us what to improve; it is not used to identify you and it is never combined with the details you send through the survey request form.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_F2D6EK9SGX) and processes technical data such as your approximate location at city level, device, browser, referring website and the pages you open. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address, and the reports we see contain no names or contact details.
This measurement is carried out on our behalf by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — see Google’s privacy policy. You can switch it off with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking it does not affect any part of this website.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
Under KVKK you also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
