Six trades. One team.

Interior, exterior and everything behind the walls. Pick a service to see what it covers — or ask for a free survey and we will tell you what the flat actually needs.

One contract, one point of contact

Most renovations in Alanya go wrong in the gaps between trades — the tiler waits on the plumber, the painter waits on the plasterer, and nobody owns the date.

We cover all six trades ourselves, so the sequencing is our problem, not yours. You get one survey, one written price, one team on site and one person to call.

Where to start

Which of these do you actually need?

Most people arrive knowing something is wrong, not knowing which trade fixes it.

If you have just bought a resale flat and want it liveable and current before you move in or let it, that is usually a whole-flat job — walls, floors and the bathroom and kitchen together, with the water and electrics renewed while everything is already open. One contract costs less than the same work ordered piece by piece, because the site is only set up and cleared once.

If the flat is lived in and you want one room changed, the bathroom or kitchen is the usual scope. If it is a single fault — a door that no longer closes, a wall marked by damp, a partition in the wrong place — that is general repairs, and it does not need a full renovation wrapped around it.

For a whole building or a commercial unit, the outside matters as much as the inside: insulation and façade work is where the running costs and the first impression both come from.

Not sure which of those you are in? That is what the survey is for, and it costs nothing.

Local conditions

What a renovation has to survive here

Alanya is hot, humid and on the sea. That decides more of a specification than taste does.

Salt in the air is hard on everything exposed on the outside of a building. Render, paint, metal fixings and the seals around windows all age faster on a coastal façade than they would inland, which is why exterior finishes here get specified for the exposure or get redone sooner than anyone planned.

Inside, the problem is moisture rather than salt. Holiday flats sit closed and unventilated for months between visits, and that is where mould behind tiling usually starts. Waterproofing underneath the tiles and a real ventilation route out of the room are not optional extras on this coast.

Summer heat pushes the other way. Insulation on the outside walls is what stops air conditioning running all day, and it is far cheaper to do while the façade is already being worked on than as a job on its own later.
