That sequencing is where these jobs usually slip. We carry all of those trades in house, so nobody is waiting on anybody, and the room comes back to you on the date we agreed.
Waterproofing goes in before the tiles, always. It is the one thing you cannot fix later without taking the room apart again.

Most of what you actually touch in a finished kitchen or bathroom is joinery: the carcasses, the doors, the vanity, the worktop edge.
We make ours in our own workshop in Alanya. That means the units are cut to your room instead of your room being worked around a standard range, and the fitting date is ours to hold rather than a supplier’s.

Salt, Humidity, and Summer Heat
In Alanya, the biggest enemy of a bathroom is not usage, but the climate. Sea salt and high humidity can rot poorly chosen materials within two years.
When renovating bathrooms and kitchens, we do not settle for standard materials. We use moisture-resistant MDF carcasses, waterproof kitchen countertops, and extra-protected grouting against mold. Extreme temperature differences in summer particularly stress tile adhesives; that’s why we only work with high-flexibility polymer-modified mortars.

Cheap materials always cost more in the long run. That is why we only work with brands we can stand behind.
From plumbing pipes to electrical cables, from built-in mixers to ceramics, we use products that meet European standards for every item. Because we produce all processes (including furniture) in-house rather than passing the work to subcontractors, you always deal directly with us for any warranty issues. Our workmanship is guaranteed against water leaks, swelling, or mechanical failures.
Common questions
How long is a bathroom out of use?
For a full strip-out and rebuild, plan on the room being unusable for the duration. We give you the exact number of working days in writing after the survey.
Do you supply the tiles and fixtures, or do I?
Either. Some clients choose everything themselves and we install; others ask us to source to a budget. Both are priced the same way — in writing, before we start.
Can you do just the kitchen, not the whole flat?
Yes. A single room is a normal job for us. The survey and the written quote work exactly the same way.
Can we live in the flat during the renovation?
If only the bathroom or kitchen is being renovated, you can stay. However, you should expect dust and noise during the demolition phase. We clean up the site at the end of every day.
What materials do you use for kitchen cabinets?
To combat Alanya’s high humidity, we use moisture-resistant MDF for all carcasses. For the doors, we offer lacquered, acrylic, or membrane options tailored to your budget.
What is your warranty period?
We provide a long-term workmanship warranty against leaks for infrastructure works like plumbing and insulation. For moving mechanisms (hinges, drawer runners), the lifetime warranties of our trusted brands apply.
