About

Renovation you can follow from survey to handover.

We renovate apartments, villas and commercial spaces in Alanya. Clear communication, a written price, a clean site, and one person answering the phone.

What we are actually selling

Not paint and tiles. A renovation you do not have to manage yourself.

Most of our clients live abroad or work full time. They cannot stand on site chasing a tiler. So we built the company around the parts people find hardest: knowing what it will cost before starting, knowing when it will finish, and knowing who to call.

The survey is free and carries no obligation. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% on completion — nothing up front for a quote.

How we work

Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one

It starts the moment you reach out. We agree a time, visit the property, put the scope and the price in writing, and then deliver against that document.

01

Site survey

We visit, assess the condition, take measurements and talk through what you want. Free, and with no obligation to continue.

02

Plan and contract

A detailed scope and a fixed price, in writing, before anything is touched. If it is not in the document, you are not paying for it.

03

Work and updates

One team on site, one contact for you, and regular updates with photos so you can follow the job from wherever you are.

04

Finishing and handover

We walk the property with you, check every detail against the contract, clear the site and hand over.

We build the cabinetry ourselves

Kitchen units, bathroom vanities, wardrobes and built-ins come out of our own workshop — not a third-party supplier.

The workshop runs a sliding panel saw, an edge bander and a full board store, so a carcass is cut, edged and assembled to the measurements of your room — rather than a standard unit being trimmed to fit it.

It also takes one party out of the schedule. On a renovation, when the joinery is late everything behind it is late too. Here the joinery is us, so that risk sits with the same team that signed the date.

Who runs it

Hasan Uğurlu

Renovation project developer

Hasan is a project manager based in Alanya, specialising in renovation and construction. He runs the surveys, writes the scopes and stays the single point of contact for the whole job.

The team behind him covers all six trades — plasterers and painters, tilers, floor layers, plumbers and electricians — which is why the sequencing on site is our problem rather than yours.

Common questions

Do you charge for the survey?

No. We come to the property, look at the work, take measurements and discuss what you want, at no cost and with no obligation to go ahead.

How is payment structured?

50% at the start of the work and 50% on completion. There is nothing to pay for the survey or the written quote.

Which languages do you work in?

Turkish, English and Russian. You can call, message on WhatsApp or email in any of the three.

Which areas do you cover?

Alanya and the surrounding districts — Mahmutlar, Oba, Cikcilli, Kestel, Tosmur, Konaklı, Avsallar and Gazipaşa.

Can you manage the work if I am not in Turkey?

Yes. Most of our clients are abroad for at least part of the job. You get one contact, regular photo updates, and a written scope you can hold us to.
