Do you come out just to change a single small hinge?
If our schedule allows and you are located in central Alanya, yes, we do. However, we usually advise our clients to list other minor defects in the house (a dripping tap, a loose socket, etc.) in one go; this way you get a much more economical solution.
Will the flat get messy during the repairs?
Absolutely not. We lay down protective covers over the work area, and if there is a dusty procedure (like cutting drywall), we use vacuum-assisted tools. When we finish, we leave the space exactly as clean as we found it.
How much does replacing window or door seals improve insulation?
During Alanya’s windy winters or when running the AC in the summer, worn-out seals cause serious energy loss. Renewing the seals and adjusting the windows can instantly improve both thermal and acoustic insulation significantly.
Can you replace a broken tile without removing the whole floor?
If you have spare tiles, yes. We can carefully remove just the broken one using special bits without damaging the surrounding tiles, and lay the new one in its place.
Do we need to buy the materials ourselves?
No, we supply all necessary materials (screws, hinges, silicone, plaster, locks, etc.). However, if you want a specific handle or a unique decorative piece, you can purchase it yourself and we will simply install it for you.
Can I have minor repairs done while I am abroad?
Yes, many of our clients live in their Alanya homes for only part of the year. You can leave the keys with us or your complex security. We report the process to you instantly with before and after photos.
