How do you deal with mould in a home that has stood closed all winter?
First we look at where the damp comes from. The mould is cleaned off, the surface is prepared with an anti-mould treatment before painting, and a paint and plaster system suited to a damp room is chosen.
Can the work be finished before I arrive for the season?
It is best to schedule the work while the home is empty. We agree the date in writing, so the home is ready when you arrive.
Should I renew the bathroom and kitchen of an older holiday flat at the same time?
