A complete interior before you move in
- Plumbing and electrics check: pipes and wiring are inspected and renewed where needed; looking before walls and floors are closed is far easier than opening them later
- Floors throughout: laid in one go across the whole home, which is easiest in an empty property
- Bathroom: one fitted to a previous owner’s taste, or with basic finishes only, is brought to the standard you want
- Kitchen: units, worktops and fittings renewed or installed from scratch
- Interior doors and paint: doors replaced and walls painted, done last
Doing it before the furniture arrives makes the job easier.
With the home empty, the order of trades can be set properly: plumbing and electrics first, then floors, bathroom and kitchen, and doors and paint at the end. What stays and what is replaced is decided at the survey and written into the fixed price, so the new owner knows the full scope before committing.

Gazipaşa is a drive from our base in Alanya, so the survey day and the team’s working days are scheduled in advance, and you know the dates from the start.
