Most of the flats we renovate sit in the same handful of areas — the coastal strip east and west of the centre, where the bulk of the resale apartment stock is. We know the buildings and the layouts, which is why a survey there takes an hour rather than an afternoon.

What helps us quote faster
A price in writing needs a scope in writing. The more of this you can tell us up front, the less back and forth before the survey.
None of it is compulsory. A sentence and a phone number is enough to start — we will ask for the rest on the call.
- The district, and the building or complex name
- How many rooms, and roughly what size
- Which rooms you want touched, or whether it is the whole flat
- Whether the property is furnished and lived in
- Whether you will be in Turkey while the work runs
- Any date you need to be finished by
What you get back
A document, not a number over the phone.
After the survey you get a written scope and a fixed price. The scope lists the work room by room, so what you are buying is legible before anything is touched. If it is not in the document, you are not paying for it.
Payment is 50% at the start and 50% on completion. There is nothing to pay for the survey or for the quote itself, and no obligation to go ahead with either.
